Everyone I talk to is using AI, but the technology is moving so fast that very few people know what it can actually do for them. I have built tools used by thousands of people: a course search app at Harvard, a tracking tool recently used by 80% of Georgetown's 1L class, and products for 100,000 policymakers across 170 countries.

It starts with a monthly show and tell: one person brings a real problem they are trying to solve in life or work. We build a solution live as the group asks questions and shares ideas.

Session Format

One person brings a live problem they want to solve with AI. The rest of us are in the room.

  1. Presenter shares what they're working on

    We start from what exists now: a prompt chain, memo draft, model choice, research flow, or internal automation.

  2. Group reviews each step

    We walk through why each step was chosen, where it breaks, and where quality control is needed.

  3. Feedback is direct and structured

    The presenter leaves with clear edits, next tests, and a stronger version of the workflow.

  4. Recording and notes are shared

    Members can revisit sessions and adapt the best parts to their own work.

Common details

When do I get charged?

You are not charged when you pledge. Billing only turns on after we hit the goal, and checkout will happen on this page.

How does Presenter pricing work?

Presenter is a one-time $100 payment. It includes your first month of membership and your presentation slot. After that first month, you continue as a Member at $25/month.

How often are sessions?

Once a month. Members get the live session and the recording.

What if I pledge and change my mind?

You can withdraw before launch by replying to the pledge confirmation email. No charge happens before launch.

What tools do I need?

A laptop and your normal workflow. During sessions you can see and test Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and related tools through my setup.
